Problems and Challenges:
Lack of adequate budget and manpower in the Khagrachhari Hill District Branch of the National Women's Organization, lack of timely training of officers and staff and modernization of management system. There are a total of 09 upazilas including the headquarters of Khagrachhari Hill District. Among them, at the district office and upazila level, only in Matiranga Upazila, the activities of the National Women's Organization are running. As a result, the main problem is the implementation of women's development programs in the remaining 08 upazilas due to lack of expansion of the organization and lack of manpower in remote hilly areas. For these reasons, achieving the objectives and goals of the organization is a big challenge.
